What is Meep?

You will hear the term MEEP a lot in our organization, which is a good thing because that means people are getting paid!

What is MEEP?

Accidental Death Benefit (ADB) – An ADB is what we refer to as a MEEP, and it provides a client with $250,000 in accidental coverage that would get paid out to a beneficiary in the event something catastrophic happened to the insured.

This $48 plan is offered to all ACA plans and is how you get paid as an agent from ACA deals.

Circling back to the plan details and the monthly premium. This Ambetter plan for example – would be quoted to the client at $48 per month.

It’s important for you to make sure that whatever the monthly total is – that you always add $48 to the plan if you are adding the MEEP.

You will learn later on how to present this to the client and make sure it is something they want and acknowledge when on the phone.

It’s important to note that the term MEEP is an internal word. We do NOT refer to an ADB as a Meep to a client.
