Hello and welcome to HIG Insurance! If you’re watching this video – then you’ve decided for yourself that you’re ready to make a change in your life, and this is a great first step in doing so.

As you can see – the welcoming course is called the HIG Bootcamp. Similar to the military – we want to put you through this initial course to expose you to what you will be expecting going in, give you a brief overview of the systems, and overall just give you a quick run down – in a condensed format – with the goal in mind of when you get assigned to your team – you come in with a foundation and already understand the basics of everything.

The goal of this bootcamp is to essentially accelerate the learning curve and put you on track to be successful.

If you show up everyday, listen, learn, and apply – the reward will be greater than anything you’ve received in the past.

This course will be covering the basic systems and terms – to allow you to hit the ground running when you get put into your team. Once you are with your team – then you will get the elite sales trainings needed to tie everything together.
