Liability Release Waiver This Liability Release Waiver ("Waiver") is entered into on [Date] by and between [Participant's Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Participant," and HIG Group Inc., hereinafter referred to as the "Company." Acknowledgment of Risks and Dangers The Participant acknowledges that the Company's activities, services, or products may involve inherent risks and dangers. These risks may include, but are not limited to, physical injury, property damage, and other potential hazards. Assumption of Risks The Participant voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers associated with participating in or using the Company's activities, services, or products. The Participant agrees to act responsibly and exercise caution during participation. Release and Waiver of Liability The Participant hereby releases, discharges, and waives any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, causes of action, costs, and expenses, whether at law or in equity, against HIG Group Inc., its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates, arising out of or in connection with the Participant's participation in or use of the Company's activities, services, or products. Indemnification The Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless HIG Group Inc. from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including attorney's fees, that may arise from the Participant's actions or negligence while participating in or using the Company's activities, services, or products. Consent to Medical Treatment In the event of an emergency, the Participant authorizes HIG Group Inc. to seek and consent to necessary medical treatment on the Participant's behalf. Governing Law This Waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Severability If any provision of this Waiver is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Entire Agreement This Waiver constitutes the entire agreement between the Participant and HIG Group Inc. with respect to the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties. By signing below, the Participant acknowledges that they have read and understood this Waiver and voluntarily agree to its terms and conditions.
